Steve Harvey on the Oprah Show

Steve Harvey was on the Oprah Show today talking about his new book Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man: What Men Really Think About Love, Relationships, Intimacy, and Commitment.

He discussed the mistakes women make in relationships with men. One of the major points he made was that men get away with bad behavior because women tolerate it. He advised women that they need to set a standard and not accect anything less.

Another topic he discussed was the ’90 day rule’ – he gave the example that when he worked for a company, he had a 90-day probationary period so that the company could get to know what kind of person he was, what type of work he did, etc. He said that women should do the same thing with men.
